L-charge is an innovative company specializing in the design, manufacture, and operation of scalable off-grid ultrafast charging solutions. Utilizing clean fuels as an energy input, L-charge delivers a rapid and convenient charging experience for electric vehicle drivers, OEMs, and fleet operators. Their mobile and containerized solutions offer quick deployment and adaptability across various commercial sectors.

The Partnership.

As part of their strategic expansion into the US market, L-charge partnered with to recruit three Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) across different regions of the United States. Recognizing the importance of a strong initial sales team to drive market penetration, L-charge sought a recruitment partner with a proven ability to identify and secure candidates with specific experience in selling EV charging solutions.

  • Post-Placement Support: Demonstrating their commitment to client success, when one of the initial placements left within the agreed replacement period, Crossley Scott swiftly sourced and presented a new candidate, who was subsequently hired by L-charge within one week, at no additional cost.

Results.

Crossley Scott successfully placed three experienced Sales Development Representatives across the USA for L-charge within a rapid three-week timeframe. These hires have provided L-charge with the initial sales force needed to drive their market entry strategy in key regions.
