As their demand for renewable energy and e-mobility continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Solar PV and EV Charging projects from conception through commissioning.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of photovoltaic and EV charging infrastructure projects across Northern Italy.
Working closely with customers, installers, engineering teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle for commercial and industrial Solar PV, battery storage, and EV charging infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate technical design reviews, permitting activities, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, installers, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with Italian electrical, grid connection, health and safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Support technical discussions with customers and partners throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with internal sales, engineering, procurement, and operations teams.
- Manage subcontractors and installation partners to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Produce regular project reports and communicate progress to management and clients.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Energy Systems, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing Solar PV, EV charging, electrical infrastructure, or renewable energy projects.
- Strong understanding of photovoltaic systems, battery storage solutions, and EV charging technologies.
- Knowledge of grid connection procedures and electrical installation practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving capabilities.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Proficiency with project management and reporting tools.
