The Company


An ambitious and fast-growing EV charging technology provider is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager / Senior Sales Manager to lead market expansion and revenue growth within the EV charging sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, driving sales performance, and establishing a strong market presence within the local e-mobility ecosystem.


What You'll Be Doing


Build Develop and Grow a Market


  • Develop and execute a country-wide go-to-market strategy for EV charging solutions.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage key channel partners including installers, distributors, system integrators, and charge point operators (CPOs).
  • Establish a sustainable partner ecosystem that accelerates market penetration and long-term growth.
  • Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions, and technical forums to strengthen brand awareness and generate new opportunities.


Drive Sales Revenue and Commercial Success


  • Take full ownership of the sales pipeline, forecasting, and revenue delivery.
  • Secure new business opportunities while expanding existing partner relationships.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with wider commercial teams to identify cross-selling opportunities and maximise account value.
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations and strategic customer engagements.


Influence Product and Market Strategy


  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, regulatory developments, and government incentive schemes.
  • Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to support future product development and commercial strategy.
  • Act as the voice of the market, helping shape solutions that meet evolving customer needs.
  • Work closely with product, technical, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide regular business updates, sales forecasts, and market insights to senior leadership.


Experience Required


  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in EV charging (EVSE) sales, business development, or channel management.
  • Proven track record of building sales channels and generating revenue within the EV charging industry.
  • Experience launching new products, brands, or market entrants is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of the EV charging landscape, including installers, distributors, CPOs, and industry stakeholders.
  • Established network within the EV charging ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated ability to create opportunities, win business, and develop long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Fluent in French and English
