Sales Project Manager
Crossley Scott are supporting a client who is seeking a Project Sales Manager to lead the development and growth of commercial EV charging and energy solutions projects across Ireland. This is a true new business sales role, focused on identifying, developing, and securing high-value EV infrastructure opportunities across sectors including fleet, retail, hospitality, commercial property, and residential developments.
You’ll play a key role in growing thier presence in DC charging, commercial EV infrastructure, and Home Energy Management Solutions (HEMS), building relationships with key stakeholders and managing opportunities from concept through to delivery.
What you’ll be doing:
- Win and deliver new commercial EV charging projects (AC & DC infrastructure)
- Build and develop relationships with Charge Point Operators (CPOs), developers, consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers
- Own the full project sales lifecycle from prospecting and specification through to commercial close and project delivery
- Drive specifications with architects, consultants, and commercial stakeholders
- Collaborate with EV specialists and sales teams to identify and convert opportunities
- Support tenders, commercial proposals, and project submissions
- Provide market insight on competitor activity, trends, and emerging opportunities

- Building a strong commercial project pipeline
- Converting high-value EV infrastructure opportunities into revenue
- Securing project specifications and long-term customer relationships
- Growing average project values and contributing to ambitious revenue targets
What we’re looking for:
- Proven success in new business/project sales within electrical, EV, infrastructure, construction, or related technical sectors
- Strong understanding of commercial project sales cycles and stakeholder management
- Ability to influence multiple decision-makers across complex projects
- Commercial and financial acumen with understanding of ROI, margin, and value-led selling
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial approach with the ability to work autonomously across a large territory
