Business Development & Account Role – Key Focus skill/experience

  • Rail operators, ROSCOs, OEMs, and system suppliers
  • Identify Rolling stock new build, refurbishment, and upgrade programmes for power electronics
  • Proven ability of building long-term relationships with engineering, fleet, and procurement teams
  • Understanding of train electronics to translate technical needs into commercial proposals
  • In the know words– At seat power, traction, Battery chargers, APU, Inverters, power distribution and batteries, Integration, testing, commissioning, and service support
  • Ability to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and achievable
  • Someone with knowledge of train classes (the system used to identify trains): For example ….Class 175 formerly operated in Wales and is now running on the Southwest coast under a new operator. It is equipped with a battery charger that could be overhauled or replaced.
