Job Responsibilities:
1. Execute projects according to the company's project management requirements, ensuring project progress and quality control.
2. Conduct preliminary research for new projects and communicate with factories to develop project plans.
3. Familiar with APQP/PPAP/DFMEA processes, collect and organize documents required for trial production and mass production, and submit them to the customer's designated system.
4. Responsible for setting the technical specifications of relevant products.
5. Conduct product testing and verification, evaluate product functions and performance, and ensure they meet product design requirements.
6. Assist ODM/OEM customers in advancing other business.
7.
Complete other tasks assigned by the company.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in power electronics, automation, or related fields.
2. Prior experience in electric vehicle chargers is preferred.
3. Proactive, quick learner, responsible, with good communication skills, and a hardworking attitude.
4. Good English communication skills.
