Position: Senior Sales Executive – North America (EV Software / Energy Solutions)
Location: Florida, Texas, Colorado (Remote)
Annual Budget: Up to USD 100,000
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive based in Florida, Texas, Colorado to drive business growth in North America. This role requires a true hunter mentality—someone who can start from a minimal pipeline and grow it into a multimillion-dollar portfolio in software or energy-related solutions. You’ll be part of a dynamic, fast-moving team shaping the future of EV charging and smart energy management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies across the target regions .
- Build and manage a sales pipeline from zero, targeting $1M–$10M+ in new opportunities.
- Close annual deals valued at $2M+ in software or energy solutions.
- Independently generate and manage leads using tools such as ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, etc.
- Convert generated leads into revenue and long-term client partnerships.
- Establish and grow relationships with distributors, resellers, CPOs, and utilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience in software, EV charging, or energy-related industries.
- Proven success in independent lead generation and growing sales pipelines.
- Experience with utilities, rebate programs, or energy infrastructure projects (EV, solar, lighting, etc.) is a strong plus.
- Existing network within the EV industry (distributors, resellers, CPOs, utilities) is a major advantage.
- Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and presentation tools.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- High sense of ownership, independence, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible working hours to collaborate across time zones when needed.
