 (Senior) Sales Manager – Portable & Residential Energy Storage System (USA / Europe / Asia)

 

SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for portable and home energy storage systems in the assigned region (USA / Europe / Asia)
  • Identify, build, and maintain partnerships with distributors, resellers, and B2B solution providers to achieve sales targets
  • Track energy storage market trends and competitor dynamics; continuously refine go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborate with internal team (product, marketing, operations, and technical support) to drive project implementation
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle including quotation, negotiation, deal closing, delivery coordination, and post-sale support
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, roadshows, and industry events to increase visibility and generate leads

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong knowledge of local market (USA / Europe / Asia) and established sales channels; local client base preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural collaboration skills
  • Fluent in English (Japanese is a plus for the Japan region)
  • Willingness to travel overseas or work remotely across time zones

 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related disciplines
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in energy storage, consumer electronics, outdoor gear, solar system or related segments
