Land Acquision Manager - EV Charging
Salary - €70K - €90K base + Bonus 20%-30% + EV Car (Business and Private Useage)
Location : Central and Southern Germany (Saxony)

A leading EV Charging provider of HPC charging infrastructure with focus on the urban space that is everywhere across Germany. There mission is to find solutions where there is a lack of connection capacity or lack of space.
The Opportunity:

Site acquisition : Identification , negotiation and security new HPC locations in high-traffic urban areas with key accounts, cities and individual owners .

Network management : structure, leadership and control one powerful network out of freelance Location acquisition agents and agencies to continuous Expansion of the site pipeline.

Key Account Management: Close cooperation with strategic Partners , including size Retail chains , real estate companies and public Institutions to ensure long-term Cooperations to secure .

Contract negotiations: Independent negotiation and conclusion of rental, lease or usage agreements taking into account economic and technical requirements.

Market analysis & strategy development: Development and implementation of regional acquisition strategies for the optimal development of urban charging infrastructure.

Pipeline management: Ensuring a continuous, sustainable, and long-term viable pipeline of new HPC sites.

Close collaboration with internal teams: Supporting technical project management and the construction department in the implementation of the acquired sites.
Candidate Profile :
- Several years of experience in site acquisition, preferably in the areas of charging infrastructure, retail, commercial real estate or telecommunications.
- In-depth knowledge of contract law and experience in negotiating and drafting location contracts.
- Existing network in the real estate industry, with cities or relevant major customers is an advantage.
- Proven ability to efficiently manage and lead external teams and networks to success.
- Strategic thinking, negotiating skills and a high degree of initiative.
- Willingness to travel within the responsible region.
- Very good knowledge of German and English.
