We are looking for an Account Executive who shares those values to join our sales team.

As an Account Executive, you will help pave the way to a more sustainable future. You will play a key role in driving the expansion of our territory sales strategy while managing the entire sales cycle—from pipeline development to deal closure. Your primary focus will be on acquiring and closing new business, with a strong emphasis on promoting cutting-edge hardware and software solutions through strategic selling. In this role, you’ll engage with prospective clients both virtually and in person, as needed, to build relationships and secure opportunities. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with reseller and service partners to support and expand sales initiatives in your pipeline.

 

What will you do?

●    Leverage your strong hunter mentality to actively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities, driving significant revenue growth.

●    Develop a deep technical understanding of the EV charging industry by achieving key training and development milestones.

●    Help shape overall territory sales strategy by leveraging your connections and relationships, as well as key channel partnerships across accounts. Collaborate with field reseller and service partners to create sales opportunities and expand presence within the designated territory.

●    Manage the full sales life cycle from pipeline development to sales execution, ensuring delivery against key performance metrics, with a heavy emphasis on outbound efforts and the acquisition of new business.

●    Engage with and educate prospective clients, including multifamily properties and commercial real estate, showcasing hardware and software solutions through strategic, value-driven selling.

Use business case development, ROI analysis, customer references, and data-backed market insights to highlight value.

●    Accurately forecast monthly revenue for territory and accounts, maintaining contact information, business history, and opportunity details in Salesforce.

●    Work closely with cross-functional teams in Product, EV Implementation, and Customer Success to ensure we bring the best to prospective customers


What do you need?

●    Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred

●    3-5 years of relevant experience selling enterprise software or hardware solutions to key prospects in commercial real estate markets (multifamily properties, hospitality, retail, workplace, MUDs, etc.) preferred.

●    Demonstrated expertise in sales performance metrics, with a history of consistently achieving and surpassing targets in a competitive, results-driven environment focused on proactive client acquisition.

●    Proven track record of generating new business through direct sales, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets.

●    Clear evidence of building strong relationships internally and with customers, across all levels of the organization

●    Flexibility and eagerness to travel for client meetings, industry events, internal discussions, and to actively drive sales.

●    Entrepreneurial mindset: driven, exceptionally organized, and passionate about promoting solutions.

●    Experience with Salesforce, Google Suite, and Slack


Nice to have?

●    Real estate prop-tech experience selling smart solutions (i.e.

smart locks, wi-fi) across a portfolio level

●    Experience selling EV hardware or EV charging infrastructure

The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below.

The estimated range for total on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for this role is $110,000-$144,900 per year.
