In addition to our proprietary solutions, we are a reseller of Level 2 and Level 3 (DC Fast Charging) chargers, enabling us to provide full-spectrum EV charging options to commercial, municipal, and fleet customers across the U.S.
Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our remote sales operations in the U.S.
market. This individual will focus on identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities for our off-grid EV charging solutions, as well as Level 2 and Level 3 chargers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B technical sales within the clean energy, EV infrastructure, or renewable technology space.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business development across commercial, municipal, utility, and fleet sectors.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities in CRM (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).
Conduct customer needs assessments and present tailored charging solutions.
Manage full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to close.
Develop channel partnerships and reseller relationships.
Collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure solution feasibility and timely delivery.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and webinars.
Provide market feedback to inform product strategy and competitive positioning.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications
3–7+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in EV infrastructure, renewable energy, or related hardware.
Proven success selling technical or capital equipment solutions.
Familiarity with Level 2 and Level 3 EV charging technology.
Understanding of off-grid power solutions (solar, battery storage, etc.) is a strong plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment.
Proficient in CRM systems and virtual collaboration tools.
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, sustainability, or a related field preferred.
