We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales professional to cover Central and West US territories. The individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen our presence in the solar energy equipment industry. They will be selling to project developers, utilities, asset owners and IPPs and EPC’s.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate the US market to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach and increase sales channels at a utility-scale level.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the solar and storage industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior management to track progress and performance.
- Maintain and drive accurate forecasting through our CRM, HubSpot.
- Drive a culture of customer-centricity and excellence in sales execution, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness in the markets you serve.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure accurate representation at industry events, road shows and trade shows to promote brand awareness and networking opportunities.
- Travel up to 50% of the time (or as needed) for client meetings, trainings, off-site planning, relationship building and deal-closing.
