Job Overview
A design Quality Engineer (DQE) is responsible for managing the quality aspects of design and production quality control.
The role involves implementing quality assurance processes, conducting audits, and including procurement, production, and engineering, to ensure that the components and materials sourced meet the company’s quality standards and regulatory requirements.
This position is vital for maintaining the integrity of the supply chain and ensuring that end products meet the high standards expected by customers and stakeholders.
Responsibilities & Duties：
- Develop and implement quality control plans and programs for supplier materials.
- Collaborate with suppliers to address and resolve quality issues.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions for defective materials.
- Provide technical support and guidance to suppliers on quality-related matters.
Qualifications & Skills：
- Bachelor's degree in Quality, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Experience with quality management systems IATF16949.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
