We are a high-tech enterprise specializing in energy storage system integration. We independently design and manufacture battery energy storage systems (BESS), combined with externally sourced PCS (Power Conversion Systems) and EMS (Energy Management Systems), to deliver efficient and safe energy storage solutions globally. To support our expanding European business (focusing on small-to-medium commercial, industrial, and grid-scale energy storage projects), we are seeking a Technical Service Engineer to provide technical support for project delivery, on-site commissioning, and client technical collaboration, driving the successful execution of our European market strategy.
- Proven ability to independently conduct on-site commissioning; proficiency with testing tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes) and data analysis software.
- Fluent English (C1+ level) for technical communication and documentation; basic German proficiency preferred.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Europe for project assignments.
- Experience in European energy storage projects, familiarity with local grid policies, grid connection processes, and safety standards.
- Knowledge of mainstream PCS/EMS brands (e.g., SMA, Schneider, Huawei) interface protocols and configuration logic.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Energy Engineering, Power Electronics, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in technical support/commissioning for energy storage systems, renewable energy, or power systems, with deep knowledge of BESS, PCS, and EMS.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities; quick learner with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Cross-cultural communication skills and adaptability to work in diverse teams.
