Director of Service Operations & Project Management
Position Summary
Leads service projects from inception to completion, ensuring efficiency, budget adherence, and compliance. Manages project teams, optimizes processes, mitigates risks, and fosters cross-functional collaboration while maintaining client relationships and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee service projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget control.
- Standardize project management processes and track key performance metrics.
- Lead and mentor project managers, service teams, and subcontractors.
- Align projects with company strategy and maintain client satisfaction.
- Ensure safety compliance, mitigate risks, and enforce protocols.
Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of industry experience, 5+ in leadership.
- Expertise in DC/AC power and project management.
- Strong financial acumen in budgeting and forecasting.
- Proven leadership in cross-functional teams and regulatory compliance.
Preferred:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
- PMP certification and experience in energy storage or utility projects.
