What You’ll Do:

As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee a team of Assistant Project Managers and Project Coordinators, leading the full lifecycle of lighting and technology projects from initiation to closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of project execution: submittals, procurement, drawings, client and site coordination, logistics, billing, and collections.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, construction partners, and manufacturers to ensure alignment and communication.
• Utilize platforms like Smartsheet to track milestones, resolve issues, and report progress with accuracy.
• Optimize profitability through effective change order management, strategic planning, and minimizing back charges.
• Lead internal and external reporting with real-time data, visuals, and progress metrics.
• Facilitate project kickoff meetings, conduct site visits, and monitor deliverables to ensure alignment with client expectations and business goals.
• Coach and mentor your team using Leadership, Management, and Accountability (LMA) principles.
• Drive a culture of performance by ensuring team members are in the right roles and are supported to succeed.
