Role Responsibilities:

As Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of lighting projects—managing a portfolio valued up to $50MM annually—while leading and developing a team of Project Managers and Coordinators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end project delivery, including submittals, order entry, logistics, billing, and collections.
• Mentor and develop team members through structured performance management, training, and career growth support.
• Implement and oversee structured workflows, KPI tracking, and process optimization to ensure project efficiency.
• Facilitate client and contractor meetings to align on project expectations and timelines.
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies, escalating critical issues as needed.
• Report on team performance, highlighting high performers and addressing areas needing development.
• Personally manage select high-priority projects, ensuring outstanding execution and client satisfaction.
